• send us an e-mail indicating the items you want to return, with the order number.
  
• send us -at your expense- the items in their original package and a copy of the postal document.
  
• You'll receive your money back within 30 days, minus the postal/bank costs.

In case you do not want a custom made piece AFTER IT IS READY but PRIOR TO SHIPMENT, you'll be reimbursed of costs but charged of a 25% cancellation fee.

IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO RETURN A PIECE IN 18K SOLID GOLD.

We custom make your pieces at your request, and the artisans that make them is only one, keep this and the fact that all artisans do not work on the month of August in mind when ordering.

All transaction will be done in EURO (€).

In this case please understand that the shipment of the purchases will be consequent at the effective arrival of the wire in our account so, check with your bank how much time it will take before doing it. You should find a bank in US that is a direct correspondent of CASSA DI RISPARMIO DI FIRENZE. On my experience it may take anything between 2 days to 15.

  We guarantee all shipment via UPS or express courier. 
  We don't guarantee shipments via EMS or posta celere.

  When you order a piece in 18K gold, that will be shipped exclusively via UPS express.
  On the resume of your order the shipping cost will be clearly indicated. Orders are sent within 24/48 hours from payment of the order.
  Rarely it may happen that the item requested is sold out (remember that all of our product are handmade). In that case we will immediately send you an e-mail, indicating the time necessary for delivery, at this point you can decide to confirm the order or cancel it. Usually the time necessary for our artisans to make a new piece is 10 to 15 days.
  
  NOTE: If delivery is refused and the shipment is returned to us, you'll be charged for all shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee.
  
  NOTE: If a custom made piece in 18K gold is refused PRIOR TO SHIPMENT, for any reason (including delay of the artisans), you'll be charged of a 25% cancellation fee.
