The Dragonfly design The dragonfly is a decorative motif that is recurrently used in the Etruscan pictorial tradition. The Etruscan towns were built on hilltops but near streams and spring waters. Therefore the abundance of this evocative little animal that somehow ended up meaning something between wisdom but also the ability of enjoying life, not least also the feminine in its essence and mistery. We like dragonfly, don't we?

The colors refers to the weft, the warp is always dark silver color, all runners, napkins and table covers are a-jour finished. Table covers have tassels at the corners.
