From August 11 to 31, Il Girasole transforms its dining room into a haven for truffle enthusiasts with its six-course Truffle Experience, showcasing imported Australian black winter truffles. Each plate reveals a different dimension of aroma and texture: Insalata di Aragosta with delicate lobster; Raviolo Mais e Tartufo balancing sweetness and earthiness; Halibut al Tartufo and Le Foie for decadent richness; Bistecca Severini (Prime New York) finished with truffle sauce; and Panna Cotta al Tartufo for a savory-sweet finale. Optional wine and spirit pairings are available to complement every course.
